Born in 1980. Graduated from Universität der Künste Berlin / Institut für Raumexperimente in 2012.

After studying sculpture at the Kunsthochschule Berlin-Weißensee Raul Walch was a student of Olafur Eliasson at the UdK. In 2012 he received a grant at the Institut für Raumexperimente in Berlin and was co-organizing an exchange program with the Alle School of Fine Art & Design in Addis Ababa and the Universität der Künste. Since then Walch has been working as an artist in many different places, giving workshops, lectures and participating in residency programs such as at TWS and programs of the Berlin Senate.
