Silver's installation works often captures the notion of time and space and intrigue the audiences' five senses. His recent works consist of the materials such as silicone rubber, matchsticks, bluetack and model cars which gradually decay, disintegrate, and transform by the time progress, demonstrating the ephemeral aspect of everyday consumable goods. This time which is his first visit in Japan, he is scheduling to undergo his research and produce new works during his residency as he is interested in Japanese horror movies and ghost tales.
