Leda CATUNDA

Profile

Leda Catunda was born in 1961 in Sao Paulo, where she lives and works. She graduated in Arts at Fundacao Armando Alvares Penteado in 1985 and fi nished her Doctor in Arts at Escola de Comunicacao e Artes of Sao Paulo University in 2003. Since 1981, she has been exhibiting in galleries and museum not only in Brazil but in many other countries and has been participating in three "Sao Paulo Biennials." Besides her work as artist she also works as a teacher giving classes for young artists and art students.
