Purpose of the residency
I would like to develop a series of works which investigate the sense of beauty which diverse people have in common. This series is based on 17th century still-life paintings of flowers of various countries in vases which was inspired by my own colour blindness. The images of flowers will reflect the variety of people in Berlin.
Plan during the residency
- Collect materials through taking photographs of flowers in Berlin
