Born in 1988 in Kumamoto. Lives and works in Amsterdam/Berlin. Earned a Meister’s degree with Prof. Carsten Nicolai, Dresden Academy of Fine Arts, Dresden, Germany in 2020.

Takeda was born in Amakusa islands in Kumamoto in 1988, recently based in Germany. He holds a Meister's of Fine Arts from the Dresden Academy of Fine Arts, a Diplom of Fine Arts from the Dresden Academy of Fine Arts, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Tama Art University. He has won numerous awards including the Grand Prize of the Tokyo Wonder Wall 2011, among others.
