Purpose of the residency
There will be dynamic discourse and open-minded relationships. Art has many issues to be talked without any national borders. But there is also many topic that we can learn wash other which is characteristic to each country.Berlin is a special city where we can meet so many artist.There is the thing that we can learn how city accept artist and what kind of role that artist are playing. By joinig international residency programe, we can take part as a representative of each country and share the idea for the development of art itself in this society.I personally would like to contribute to the art scene is Japan with the experience of the residency in terns of the residence programe itself and also in the city of Berlin.
Plan during the residency
I would like to investigate about the notion of space and perception,how the object can have the power to transform the space.This will be through the research about theater design in which the object is used to make a illusional scene and my aim is at making the work which intervene art installation with theatre.The activity during the stay will be mainly testing different material and media in the studio. I am also interested in the way how the product is packaged. The relationship between the object and its package is also a way of making space and adding value . I would like to deal with this idea from sculptural point of view.
