She studied composition at Toho Gakuen College of Music .
She studied with Kazuo Mise, Hitomi Kaneko, and Kunitaka Kokaji. She has won the third and Iwatani prizes in Japan music competition(2003), etc.
She currently teaches at Toho Gakuen College of Music.
