Tokyo Wonder Site (TWS) has been organizing concerts and contemporary music workshops by young musicians as Emerging Artist Support Program since 2004. Public subscription of this program, as it has been new attempt since 2006, will be continued in 2008. 11 Selected programs will be performed in January 2009 at TWS Hongo, and the making process will be supported by Tokyo Wonder Site.

"3-D Space Slitars" is a multi-disciplinary performance featuring improvised music produced with home-made instruments called slitars, projection of videos visible through 3-D glasses and music based video works, including "the Bath Project", "Oshiri Kajiri Mushi and Tabo et Charles sur le Toit".

Program
Memorial solo performance dedicated to French composer Luc Ferrari who suddenly passed away in 2005. The performance centers on piano plays of Luc's works in combination with dancing, reciting of text、motion pictures, lighting, art objects, and electronic sound, thus producing an original format of expressing precious memories Luc left.

This is a collaboration work of Miyuki Akimoto (Composer), Masayuki Kawai (Video artist), Makoto Ezoe (Violin) and Yayoi Tanaka (Piano) which has a motif of the "Kouhakubai-zu" of Korin Ogata. It creates new time and space you never have experienced with music and an image.

Instead of reproducing a timeline which was created in advance, every member becomes a particle of the sound. The particles follow a simple rule, and everyone creates a sound while moving. The performance evolves spinning these spatial sounds together.

In the first half is made up of three solo pieces of K.Stockhausen by Vl,Piano,and percussion. In the latter half we chose piece of the composer -G.aperghis ,Michael van der Aa, Tomoko Fukui, Toshi Ichiyanagi. You can listen works which was written by the present from 1950. It will be attractive and energetic night of cotemporary music.
