Editions in Craft (EIC) is an international platform where artists and designers explore the technical and artistic possibilities of the tradition and knowledge of craft and specialized manufacturing  worldwide. Our goal is to provide interaction between fast moving technology and production, and traditional craft by merging traditional techniques with contemporary practice through collaboration. Our purpose of stay in Tokyo is to research the possibilities and further develop ideas for a  Swedish-Japanese collaboration. EIC is based in Sweden and was founded in 2008 by Stockholm based curators Reneé Padt (NL) and Ikko Yokoyama (JP).
