Profile
Dietmar Wiesner lives and works in Frankfurt, Germany. He completed his musical education in Germany, majoring in solo flute. As a founding member of the Ensemble Modern and its flautist, he has worked with major contemporary composers of this age. He plays regularly in Europe and abroad with the ensemble as well as appearing as a soloist with orchestras such as the SWR Sinfonieorchester Baden-Baden und Freiburg.
