Profile

Nishino learned sculpture at Academy of Fine Arts Muenster, started the artist career since 1997.
Nishino creates bold installations that dramatically change the visitors' perspectives of daily life, such as converting a container into a cafe and making it float over the city by attaching it on a crane, or creating hostels and residences out of buildings, lamps and memorial sculptures in the city by building walls around them.
