update: 2010.1.1
Moore plunders contemporary folklore and urban life to create video works that focus on gestures of the heroic individual. He creates hypnotic digital video works by concentrating and intensifying a simple event. Through the use of slow motion, mirroring, doubling and long takes, Moore amplifies dimensions of time and space as well as those of tension and expectation. His Videos employ the artifice of cinema, theatre, television, music clips and advertising often producing multi-channel video installation with accompanying soundtracks.
TV Moore is represented by Roslyn Oxlry9 Gallery, Sydney.
