Profile

Born in 1976. Graduated from M.F.A. Taipei National University of the Arts in 2004.

Recent 5 main activities are "Chen, Ching-Yao solo exhibition/2013/Migo Gallery, International Radio Exercise/2012/Fukuoka Asia Art Museum, Changwon Sculpture Biennale 2014/2014/Changwon City, Asia Anarchy Alliance/2014/ Tokyo Wonder Site & Kuando Museum of Arts Insportsration/2013/Porject Fulfill Art Space.

In 2000, he won the first prize of New Perspective Art in Taiwan Dimensional Creation Series. In 2001, he won the Taipei Prize. In 2008, he was sponsored by Asian Culture Council to stay in New York as a resident artist at Location One. He held his solo exhibitions in Korea, New York, Taipei, and many other places in 2009. Since 2002, he has also been a member of Hantoo Art Group, a major artist group in Taiwan.
