Purpose of the residency
Tokyo is a highly computerize and electrify city. All kinds of signal were around people. Due to the fast development of technology, traditional radio has replaced by online radio or MP3 gradually, and being forgotten by people. However, during the development of communication, cultural, and economics, radio broadcast has played an important role. Every city all has its development and specialty of radio broadcast, and the content of it reflects every city's appearance. I would like to take a risk of Tokyo's radio signal and use the sense of hearing to receive every information and signal in this city.
Plan during the residency
I'd like to join the sound events in Tokyo, and have a research of Tokyo's sound artists, group and activities. Then exchange the information and activities between Taipei and Tokyo.
