Creating a “common” site based on memories of places and landscapes related to the family (in various senses of the word) that are difficult to discuss in daily life, this work centers on Personal Memory Mapping as a medium for memories of other people and future families. Moreover, through a display of several of these family maps and related talks, the artist considered ways of circumvent various roles and relationships.
