Minnebrieven (Love Letters) 2019
Minnebrieven (Love Letters) 2019
Minnebrieven (Love Letters), is a multiscreen video installation that focuses on the relationship to, and encounters with, animals. The films perspective draws on the essay “Why look at animals?” by John Berger and uses it as a frame of reference. This results in images that explore themes of camera-agency, solitude, displacement and love through cautious encounters with pigeons, ravens and deer.
