OLYMPICNIC applies humor and unconstrained thought to contemporary society, examining the question of how people in Japan can continue living and build the future after the Olympics and Paralympics have concluded, and their activities are aimed at realizing fuller and more enriched lives. While referencing the exhibition style of the Japan Olympic Museum, this project looks back over the past two Olympic years from various perspectives, through documentation, objects produced, and related materials.
