Exhibition of video installation by Masayuki Kawai in public place. The work is the projected images on the four windows in Shibuyaku Kinroukaikan (Worker's Welfare Hall Shibuya), which are facing the Koen Street, and people can watch the images at the street. Motifs of the works are selected from Man'yōshū ("Collection of Ten Thousand Leaves", the oldest existing collection of Japanese poetry). Images change from hour to hour, so they also tell the time like a public clock. This is the artwork about "time" in the city view of information society.
