Since 2017, TOKAS has partnered with HIAP[Helsinki International Artist Programme], an artist-in-residence facility in Helsinki, and the Finnish Cultural Foundation in two-way exchange residency program.
TOKAS will present the Tokyo-Helsinki Exchange Residency Program in collaboration with HIAP, and introduce the creators who have participated in previous years. ARAI Takashi, the artist sent for Autumn 2022, will tell us about his residency experience in Helsinki.
Arai participates in TOKAS Creator-in-Residence 2023 Exhibition As Above, So Below Part.2 from August 19th at TOKAS Hongo.
